Individual Flare Eyelashes: are individual flares that has more hair attached to the base. It's also an eye-enhance service known as eye-tabbing. These lashes are attached directly to your own lashes. Eye-tabbing leaves your eyez beautiful and gives the illusion of having on mascara or eyeliner. Individual lashes’ fills in sparse areas and dramatically opens up the eyez. So even if you have long lashes, you can still wear flares to obtain fullness.
